Where is your crystal produced?
All of Artĕl‘s 100% mouth-blown and hand-engraved crystal is produced in the Czech Republic by our team of artisans. We use lead-free crystal, as it is harder than 24% lead crystal and thus more ideal for engraving.
What are Artěl’s best-selling motifs and shapes?
Our most popular motifs are Frutti di Mare, Glacier, Mod, Narcissus, Verdure. Artěl introduces one or two new motifs bi-annually. The best-selling shapes are Artěl’s barware collections, trinket bowls, hollow-stem champagne flutes, and bedside decanter. To see a variety of our motifs, please visit artelglass.com.
How should I care for my crystal?
Handwash in warm water with a mild detergent. The crystal is not diswasher safe.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept cash (Czech crowns & Euros) and all major credit cards.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase with receipt for store credit or exchange only. The item must be in original condition and include all packaging. Store credit does not expire. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns for sale items, custom order or vintage/found objects.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift cards in increments of 500 CZK. These are available for purchase in the store or by calling +420 224 815 085.
Will you ship purchases internationally?
Of course! Please contact us at store@artelglass.com for a quote on your desired desitination.
I don’t live in Prague, but I’m interested in purchasing something from the store. How can I do this?

Why aren’t items for sale online?
At Artĕl, we truly believe that our crystal (as well as many of our unique found objects) must be seen, touched and experienced. That said, down the line, we may offer this service for some items—and we will certainly keep you updated if anything changes.
Do you invite trade inquiries?
Yes, Artěl originated as a wholesale operation. If you are interested in carrying our crystal in your store, please email our head office at info@artelglass.com.
